We are a family run appliance manufacturer and retailer. Selling top name brands like Hotpoint, Belling and Stoves but also using our years in the industry to design and manufacture our own range of products under our own brand, Ashcott Appliances.
We sell Brand new appliances as well as graded products. Our brand new items are always competitive on price and our service is second to none but also retailing graded items gives the opportunity to grab a bargain if you aren't afraid of a like mark or scratch. What Are Graded Appliances?
- They have been replaced by a newer model
- They have damaged packaging
- They have a small mark or dent (usually caused in transit)

- 99 times out of 100 any marks or dents are on the side of the appliance and not even visible once installed
- They are new appliances with full warranty and still qualify for extended warranties if you choose to purchase one elsewhere (i.e domestic and general)
- If you want to know if there is a mark on dent on the appliance you're looking at, simply give us a call. Or if you aren't happy with the appliance you have ordered our 7 day returns policy has got you covered.

- If you have a problem with you appliance we have a dedicated call back service where you can speak with an engineer initially over the phone to help diagnose any potential issues. If you ever have any questions about your appliance you are welcome to call us and we will do our best to help.
- If your appliance does have a fault we will get an engineer out to you within 3 working days (subject to your availability). Most repairs get sorted there and then but if we needed to order a part or arrange a replacement we will go ahead and take care of that.
- Following you initial visit, if we weren't able to sort the problem we will repair or replace your appliance within 7 days. Replacements will always be as close as possible to the original specifications and value.
